Blatant Misleading Advertising! Your café’s hoarding screams “Buy any coffee at ₹99,” but when I ordered a Cappuccino, I was slapped with a ₹215 bill! When I questioned it, the staff casually shrugged it off, saying ₹99 is before taxes. Seriously? How does a ₹99 coffee skyrocket to ₹215? This is nothing short of a scam. If you’re going to charge ridiculous amounts in taxes and hidden fees, at least have the decency to display it clearly—not buried in fine print where no one can see it. Donuts were not good at all. These felt like they were prepared a long time back, terribly cold and even flaky. We tried to reheat as well as suggested on packaging but post that donuts started getting crumbly. Overall, worst thing I ever had to taste from Krispy Kreme.
