I ordered an Apple Cinnamon Glazed Doughnut. At about 10 minutes of ETA, they called me and told me that they don't have that flavour anymore. So I asked them to send a regular one but heated properly. By the time I got the order, the doughnut was cold. I had also asked them to give me paper napkins, a couple extra than usual along with a Straw. Even after mentioning it explicitly over 2 calls, I didn't get that. When I called them back, I just got lame excuses. @Restaurant: I get that you might have a lot of orders to fulfill, but if items aren't available please de-list them from the available list for that day/ time. Also, if a customer requests something which is readily available at your place, please include that.
