I bought a donut from the Krispy Kreme shop at the express avenue location. It was spoiled, and when I asked the employee, he claimed it was fresh. When we requested him to taste and check, he gave us a replacement. We took a bite- what if we had gotten sick? What if we had taken it to go? We wouldn’t have been able to return it. When such reputable brands serve poor-quality food, it raises serious concerns. I am attaching my Gpay receipt for reference. Food: 1 Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400
