A place that has good potential with decent food quality, but the overall experience turned out to be disappointing. The ambience is simple and the dishes themselves are flavourful, so the kitchen side is fairly solid. However, the main concern lies in the service and customer handling. The staff behaviour wasn’t up to the mark — basic courtesy was missing, which directly affected the dining experience . On top of that, they denied giving proper quantity in the parcel and even tried to charge extra for it, which felt unfair and unnecessary. With a little improvement in service attitude and more transparent parcel portions, the place could offer a much better experience — but for now, the behaviour overshadows the food.
