Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Money 0 stars This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. There was no water bottle, no towel, no dental kit, no soap, no basic toiletries, and not even handwash provided in the washroom. There was no landline in the room to contact reception, and the AC was not working since morning. No quilt or blanket was provided either. We were charged ₹1650 for a room that didn’t even offer the most basic amenities. This was completely unacceptable. What’s worse is that we had originally booked a different hotel, and despite having a booking confirmation, they cancelled it on their own and shifted us to this substandard hotel—that too after midnight! When we complained, they casually said, “We showed you the room.” Are guests now supposed to check whether a water bottle or handwash is provided? This hotel is absolutely pathetic—comparable to a run-down dharamshala, and frankly, even that would have been a better option. We even had to use our own face wash to wash our hands, because nothing else was available in the washroom. And despite all of this, they had the audacity to charge a premium with zero service. We are planning to take this matter to the consumer forum, and I highly recommend others to never book this hotel. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration.
