Got the cake in this state! Did you take half payment that you have sent the cake like this? I don't whose mistake it is whether the rider or the shop but we received like this. It's for a kid's birthday I have sent as a gift! Really shameful thing and very unprofessional on your part!

Kreamz charges 100 rs for packing and when I receive the pastries mix with each other , and the Fruity Fruit pastries are so hard and it's seems like it was yesterday's. worst experience
