I need Zomato to take action and put up a show cause for why the order was not fulfilled. I agree sometime you can miss by mistake. But was there an apology from their part? Nothing. When I called and the guy said he is letting me know. He didn't even bothered to call me back and just say a simple sorry forget about getting the Oreo shake ordered. please take action. Attached is the picture of call dial list when I called them. please see who is that guy from the phn number.

Krazzy for Waffles is now at Howrah too. They have opened their newest outlet at Avani Riverside Mall. Here also they are serving an elaborate menu of waffles having various kinds and flavours.
