I visited this place for lunch and was impressed by the top-notch service and delicious food. I ordered the mini South Indian meal, which was quite generous in portion—almost like a full meal—and everything tasted great. However, I do have a major concern regarding the washrooms. They were in very poor condition and not well-maintained, which is disappointing for a restaurant of this standard. Such a basic facility being overlooked can negatively impact Koustubha's otherwise good reputation. I sincerely hope the management addresses this issue promptly.
