Try nicely cooked tandoori kebabs, chicken skewers and butter chicken. Live music is performed by musicians in the evening. The unprofessional staff is the only thing that can spoil your evening at this restaurant. Nice service is something guests appreciate here. Prices are low for the quality you get. There is a peaceful ambiance and fine decor at Kourtyard by Khaasiyat. Google users granted the rating of 4.1 to this place.

Absolutely Disappointing Experience – Not Worth Your Time or Money We visited Kourtyard by Khaasiyat as a group of 7 family members, expecting a pleasant evening and good food, but the entire experience was a massive letdown. To begin with, the service was shockingly poor. The staff seemed indifferent, disorganized, and completely unbothered about attending to guests. It felt like we were inconveniencing them by being there. Simple requests had to be repeated multiple times before being acknowledged, let alone fulfilled. When the food finally arrived, it only added to our disappointment. Everything was strictly average, lacking in flavor, presentation, and warmth—both literal and figurative. It’s baffling how a place with such hype serves food that’s so forgettable. Nothing on the menu stood out, and even the so-called “specialties” were bland and uninspired. Overall, Kourtyard by Khaasiyat felt like a textbook case of style over substance. Overpriced, underwhelming, and absolutely not worth the time or effort. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy quality food and good service with your family, this is definitely not it.
