We ordered a chicken biriyani and there wasn't even a single chicken piece and only half rice. I hate to give it a one star but without that i can't put this review on so, everyone please be careful when ordering online. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200

Terrible Experience at Kottayam Kitchen I had a very bad experience at Kottayam Kitchen. I ordered a watermelon juice, and it was absolutely horrible — it gave me food poisoning. The porotta and beef were also a complete waste; the taste and quality were extremely poor. If you have any doubts, just take a look inside their kitchen. There is absolutely no hygiene maintained. The kitchen staff, mostly from other states, seem to have no sense of cleanliness or proper food handling practices. Please avoid this place if you care about your health. I would never recommend it to anyone.
