The aappam served is cold and pre-made like plastic with more than enough soda powder. Be careful of feeding kids this kind of food. I recently tried Kottayam Cafe Kerala Restaurant, and their Parotta, Beef Roast, and Beef Gravy are absolutely ultimate! The Kappa Kizhangu Biriyani is even better. You might have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for your order, but the taste, atmosphere, and everything else is superb. It's definitely a must-try!
