Terrible experience from start to finish. I received the food, but it was not what I ordered. When I called to inform them, the staff was shockingly rude. No apology, no intention to fix their mistake. They spoke with such disrespect, as if it was my fault. No basic customer service, just arrogance and attitude. They refused to replace the wrong order or give a refund. Completely unprofessional and careless behavior. Not even a hint of accountability or courtesy. Kottayam Cafe Kerala Restaurant located at 48,Vellalar Street,Nolambur,Mogagapair,Chennai, Tamil Nadu is a perfect restaurant for every type of appetizer especially Keralites.The food at this Kottayam Cafe Kerala Restaurant is exceptional,very tasty, well prepared and you can choose among many menu options.Great menu options may confuse you over what to eat.The food items we tried are Beef roast,Porotta,Appam, Puttu & Chicken Varatharachathu which are delicious and yummy.We enjoyed a lovely dinner at this restaurant, which gave us a memorable experience Tasty food, excellent service and I highly recommend this place to spend your weekends in.They provide toilet facilities also.
