I ordered a combo of two parottas and chicken curry from this place yesterday via Swiggy. Unfortunately, ever since I ate that, I’ve been having a severe stomach upset. It’s been more than 24 hours, and my stomach still hasn’t recovered. I’m feeling very uncomfortable, and this has disrupted my entire day. This experience has raised serious concerns about the quality and hygiene of the food served. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and ensures better food safety standards in the future. Food: 1

I had porotta and beef roast from Kottayam cafe Kerala Restaurant . The porotta was well made and soft. The masala of the beef roast was tasty and had good Kerala flavour. The beef was not very soft and felt a bit tough. If it was cooked a little more and made tender, the roast would have been much better. I also tried appam, which was soft and went well with the curry. The atmosphere of the restaurant was good and the staff behaved well. Overall, a nice experience. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
