Kottaram Bakery and Restaurant offers you the nicely cooked shawarma which is hard to forget. Visitors don't like pineapple juice at this place. All the food items and package service are excellent. Customer service can be improved, especially the politeness towards customers from cashier and sales staff. Instead of customer collecting the package and bill from sales staff and again giving back bill to the cashier for payment, it would be much better if customer could directly get the package, bill and payment QR together from the billing section. Service: Takeaway Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
