I recently visited Kothimbir Marathi Restaurant and tried the Chicken Keema Pav and Vada Pav. The flavors were decent, but the keema had a bit too much garam masala, which overpowered the taste. The pav, especially, could have been fresher that would really elevate the overall experience. The place has potential, and with a little attention to balance in spice and freshness of ingredients, it could easily stand out among Marathi food spots in the area.
