More than that..very polite and obidient staff members.
There was some issue with my order today.One of the thing was missing out when Zomato delivered us the food. The incharge person from the restaurant talked with me..understood the issue and talked politely.
In some minutes, we were served with the order from the hotel itself. Although may be the mistake was not from the restaurant side.
So...I believe that along with quality of food even the quality of people are important.
And I found both at their BEST in Kosmopolitan!????
