We recently tried Koshur Aroma, a cloud kitchen offering authentic Kashmiri cuisine, and we were thoroughly impressed. From the vegetarian Chounth Wangun, made with green apple and brinjals, to the fragrant Chaman Kaliya with cubed paneer and saffron, every dish was a burst of unique flavors. The Kashmiri Rajma, with its thick tomato gravy, and the decadent Kashmiri Pulao, rich with paneer cubes and dry fruits, stood out as highlights. The generous portion sizes ensured the entire family enjoyed a hearty meal, making it a perfect choice for a special occasion. The non-vegetarian offerings were equally impressive. The Mutton Roganjosh, with tender chunks of mutton in a curd-based marinade, and the Chicken Rara and Shaam dishes, provided a delightful culinary experience. A thoughtful addition of a quinoa salad balanced the meal beautifully.
