Korean comfort food in Kohima? Yes, please! Tried the kimchi stew hot pot, kimbab, and bibimbap at Korean Uncle's Cafe — and each bite hit the spot. The stew was spicy, hearty, and perfect for this weather. Kimbab was fresh and neatly rolled, while the bibimbap came with that satisfying sizzle and balance of flavors. Cozy ambiance, friendly service, and honestly, a mini Korea in the middle of Kohima. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out!
