This restaurant and Maheshwari Udyan can be both really attractive for tourists. The menu of Indian and Persian cuisines is recommended to taste at Koolar & Co. Degust perfectly cooked cheese biscuits, vegetarian sandwiches and light omelette this place offers. Do not go away without trying good pudding, cream caramel and caramel ice cream. Most likely, you'll return to this spot later to order delicious Irish coffee. A lot of visitors order great irish tea, ginger tea or dark coffee.
This restaurant is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Low prices are something that should be said about Koolar & Co. If you are a fan of old parsi cafes then this should one of your top pics. A irani cafe can be best judged by its mutton kheema and this cafe serves one of the best kheema pavs. Price a bit on higher side Very clean and neat place. One can feel a time travel as the vibe and interiors are well preserved. Overall a very good experience Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Koolar & Co. in Matunga, Mumbai is a charming old-world Irani café that feels like stepping back in time. The ambience is warm and nostalgic with vintage furniture, checkered floors, and the unmistakable aroma of freshly brewed chai. Their bun maska with cutting chai is an absolute classic, and the kheema pav, bhurji, masala omlette is full of flavor. Service is friendly and quick, and prices are very reasonable for the quality. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxed breakfast or an afternoon snack, and one of those rare places that still preserves Mumbai’s Irani café heritage. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Matunga.
