    Very Bad Experience . Staff only asking for money money and not focusing on services They don’t have faith on customer . Customer has paid 99% payment in advance then also not satisfied. Also if something new thing required then they will. Ask for money then they will. Provide as if customer will. Run away with money . If you don’t have faith on customer then shut down your business.     Here is the reason for my 3 star rating. We have been a Kool break patron for the past 12 years but were disappointed with the service received last evening. We ordered the usual as attached in the pic, but this time I was specifically disappointed with the Chilli chicken dry. The chicken in itself was very dry. Meaning, it had been precooked many hours ago and so it tasted more like rubber. I asked for the manager but was attended by the head waiter who stated that there was nothing wrong with it. An hour after we were done eating, I asked for the manager who had no clue about my complaint, which was a serious disappointment for it seemed to me that the wait staff ruled the resturant rather than the management being in control. The manager continued to defend and justify that there was nothing wrong with the quality of their product which in itself was disappointing to see and experience the lack of his much needed training in customer service. In any case, be assured that your concerns are going to fall on deaf years. With Lucknow having a million culinary options now, Kool Break’s management days are numbered.
