    Had a party of 40 people and the food, courtesy, ambience and cooperation of staff, specially Mr. Kafeel Ahmed, was phenomenal. Excellent. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Other Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend

    Here is the reason for my 3 star rating. We have been a Kool break patron for the past 12 years but were disappointed with the service received last evening. We ordered the usual as attached in the pic, but this time I was specifically disappointed with the Chilli chicken dry. The chicken in itself was very dry. Meaning, it had been precooked many hours ago and so it tasted more like rubber. I asked for the manager but was attended by the head waiter who stated that there was nothing wrong with it. An hour after we were done eating, I asked for the manager who had no clue about my complaint, which was a serious disappointment for it seemed to me that the wait staff ruled the resturant rather than the management being in control. The manager continued to defend and justify that there was nothing wrong with the quality of their product which in itself was disappointing to see and experience the lack of his much needed training in customer service. In any case, be assured that your concerns are going to fall on deaf years. With Lucknow having a million culinary options now, Kool Break’s management days are numbered.
