I ordered chicken thali through swiggy .
Firstly i got alot of oil spillage from curry which was packed in a plastic carry bag.
Ideally orders from swiggy/zomato comes packed in paper bags with tidy packing.
I let it go as i had an official meeting so even after the delivery boy asking me to place a return request i accepted the order since the food seemed to be packed.
Upon opening the package i found stale food , incomplete items , odour coming from curry.
As i opened the kombdi vade to my surprise i saw cockroach lying on it .
Worst experience it was.
I raised a complaint at swiggy. Now when i was scrolling through their Google reviews, i found its not the case only with me .Infact every second person had this horrible experience.
Request you all not to be a victim of this fraudsters.
