Quality and Service (Former Long-Time Customer) I have been a fixed customer of Kokan Italy since its opening in Chiplun, visiting the cafe faithfully on every trip from Pune. It is with deep disappointment that I must report a severe decline in standards. My most recent visit revealed that both the staff behavior and food quality have vanished. The staff was notably impolite and unaccommodating. The specific incident involved ordering a "thick cold coffee," which was served thin, watery, and diluted with crushed ice—tasting purely like flavored milk. Upon politely complaining that the coffee was not prepared as requested, I was met with resistance and told I had to pay the full amount regardless of the quality issue. This forced payment for a poorly executed drink, combined with the general poor service, was highly frustrating. Consequently, I paid the full bill and left without ordering anything further. I will not be returning and regrettably advise others to be wary of the significant drop in both product quality and customer respect at this establishment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
