Konkan Fusion Airoli:Ambience:lets get started with the amazing ambience having full vibe of konkan.There were Chiras on the wall everywhere which depits the konkan culture. Bulbs which was used putted in steel net cage which again depits importance of fishing in konkan area. #Cocktails:Solkadi:This dring was made with Kokum & it has a huge health benefits in digestion and to keep stomach cool.#STARTERS:1) Tandoori pomfret:This pomfret came in banana leave which give authentic flavour of immense malvani flavour the marination was mouth watering couldnt described the masala but it was marinated & tandoori to the tip accompanied with green chutney which was coconut base.2)Chicken 65:The Chicken 65 was well cooked it was served also in banana leaves with cabbage garnishing. while making they used all the three forms of capsicum and then garnished with cashew.#Main course:1)Prawns Thali:This Thali consist of 1 Bhakari, 1 plate rice, prawns rawa fry, prawns masala, prawns gravy , solkadi , 1 Gulab Jamun, Green chutney and Jawala (Tiny prawns ).quantity wise it was more than enough and prawns was crispy outside and soft texture inside. prawns masala was very delicious giving a wonderful taste with bhakari when tasted.#DESSERTS:1) Konkani Gulab Zamun:This was utterly delicious made with fresh coconut milk, coconut powder and rose water , rose pettels then putted in microwave for 30 sec and then added with 2 piece of gulab zamun and garnished with cashew , pista and badam.I gaurantee you , that you havent tasted something like this in your entire life. Ambience:10/10Food Quality:10/10Staff Behaviour:10/10Summary:Last but not least I would highly recommend this place if you have ever had gravyings of authentic konkan food go for this restaurant it server authentic konkan and cusinies
