1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience. I visited Kolkata House Restaurant recently, and while I was expecting a nice meal, I ended up having a very bad experience. I parked my car right in front of the restaurant — where it seemed like regular parking was allowed — but later received a ₹1000 challan for “Wrong or Unauthorized Parking / Obstruction of Carriageway.”. There were no clear signs or warnings about restricted parking in that area, and the restaurant staff did not inform me either. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and expense. I hope the management will take responsibility to put up proper parking guidance or signs to avoid such unpleasant experiences for other customers in the future. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
