Terrible experience at Aroma multi cuisine restaurant in Hyderabad! And was quite disappointed with the service. There were zero customers as we entered this restaurant. We should scan a QR code to see the menu. After seeing the menu, we ordered plain paratha and natu kodi pulusu. Before confirming the order we clarify with the staff that natu kodi pulusu is a curry. because we hear the name 'natu kodi pulusu' for the first time.It is also mentioned in south Indian Curries - category in the menu. It takes almost half an hour to serve the food. Unfortunately we got something similar to chicken biriyani instead of natu kodi pulusu. Before serving the food, we said that we didn't order it, we ordered natu kodi pulusu.At the time the staff started trying to convince us that, "its not pulusu, its pulav, its not a curry, it has some gravy on the top" etc etc. We knew that the food we ordered and the food we received were entirely different.We are frustrated but accept the food that we get, to avoid the situation getting more pathetic. The food quality was too bad. It is clearly understood that the paratha is not freshly prepared. It's very hard and rough.After paying the bill we checked out natu kodi pulusu images in google and showed them to the staff that what natu kodi pulusu actually looks like!
