The customer service is the worst I have seen in any branch of Kolkata Food Plaza. They don't have the minimum managerial skill to run a restaurant. The waiters, who cannot even remember the orders correctly and has to be reminded time by time the list, act roughly if reminded of the missed out items. The price is very high in respect to the proportion of food they serve, and what's promised on the menu. The taste & quality of food is steeply below average. And surprisingly most of the time either they are out of or forget to serve half the dishes presented in a combo menu. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

A very good go to place for bengali cuisines. Feels like we are in Kolkata. This shop in Hyderabad is winning hearts of the bengali residents. The Fish Batter Fry & Fish Fry is a must try. Please try those. And the Other jhols and mutton were perfect in their own way. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Special Non Veg Thali, Mishti Doi, Mutton Curry, Vetki Fish Fry
