I had ordered chhena gur rosogulla (jaggery rosogulla), but they seng this white rosogulla. When i called them, they said we will call u back in 2 minutes bt they didnt call. Such a pathetic service.

The mentioned address of the Food provider named as above is as Shop 1, House 13,Ground Floor, Street-7,Near Sai Upvan Society Gate 2,Gaur City 1, Greater Noida which is in my vicinity and undoubtedly posh market with believable hygienic atmosphere for food. Unfortunately the mentioned address is utmost wrong because evident reality is that food has been sent from the room kind of place in slum like area as you can see in the LIVE LOCATION of the seller which is far from address mentioned on ZOMATO. The enclosed images of the same place which provided my ordered food to delivery agent are self explanatory.
The food smell and appearance was immensely disgusting and since the reverse pick up was not supported by ZOMATO, I had to dispose complete food without consuming a bit.
Also when connected on call with the Mr.Shashi Chowdhary owner of Kolkata Fish Bazaar, his behavior was inappropriate. He proudly said that it doesn't matters whether the place where food is prepared is Gaur City or any other place.
The most agitating statements received from the said owner were "The valet does not have that social status and affordability of 10 lakh worth shop, hence he is tattling about the ambiance and my place hygiene".
The complaint when raised to ZOMATO CHAT SUPPORT was responded with 50 credits instead of explanation or resolution about hygiene factor. Does the 50 Credits justify a human life as per ZOMATO's ideology?
Henceforth, this is discrete obligation of ZOMATO to submit explanation about their irresponsible attitude towards physical inspection of the registered merchant address as well as hygiene factor.

It is sole responsibility of ZOMATO if any health issue occurs to the consumer after consuming the food from this forge registered food providers who compromise with hygiene and their original identity.

i ordered from this place and the rasgulla were smelling lyk dey rvmonth old..even the delivery boy was shoked that this is not a shop but they r operating it from a room in slum area..i know there is no point of writing this review ,but zomato is not only ruining our hard earned money but also risking health of our family .from today onwards no more zomato .
