I recently tried the Chicken Biryani and Chicken Lollies from Kolkata Biryani, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.Chicken Biryani:The biryani lacked the rich flavors and aromas one would expect. The most significant issue was that the chicken pieces were not cooked properly. They were undercooked, making them chewy and unappetizing. This overshadowed any potential the dish might have had.Chicken Lollies:Similarly, the Chicken Lollies were a letdown. The chicken was also undercooked here, which made it difficult to enjoy the dish. The seasoning and coating were decent, but the lack of proper cooking made it a wasted effort.Overall, both dishes were not worth the price, primarily due to the undercooked chicken. Proper cooking is essential, and I hope the restaurant addresses this issue to ensure a better dining experience in the future.
