Away from home when one orders a kolkata chicken biriyani expects a plate which triggers the 3 senses sight,smell and taste in such a way that you get transported to the memory lanes. Kolkata calling dint do justice to its name. The biriyani missed the egg and alu and was not close to kolkata biriyani in taste,aroma and look.
