Food is okay, but the service is horrible. Nothing royal about it. Had to complain to get the waiting exec changed. Even had to call on them multiple times. Would've expected the kind of service where the hospitality is so good that you feel taken care of.

The restaurant has completely unprofessional and unreliable staff. We are Jains (don’t eat after sunset). We had asked if dinner items would be served before 5:30pm. They said it would. We reached around 5:10-15, and placed our order. We asked the waiter/manager that the order would come quickly or not as we won’t eat after sunset. The manager assured that it would come on time. They gave the soup after 15 mins, then another starter after 15 more mins, and the main course never came. We asked thrice during this whole time, as to when the main course would come and if they could expedite. They kept saying “2 mins.” We were still patient. At around 6:05, the chef came out and told us they won’t be able to serve us the breads, only the dal fry! He added that he could get the rice ready in 2 mins. By then, we couldn’t go anywhere else to eat - so we decided not to make a fuss and agreed if they would give it in 2 mins. The rice came after 6:15. By then, the sun had set, and we couldn’t eat anything. The tipping point of our patience was when the waiter/manager wasn’t even apologetic. The chef definitely was. And the owner also apologised a lot. But we had to go home with empty stomachs, and a pathetic experience that ruined our family night together.

Dining at The Royal Jharokha is nothing short of a royal experience. The moment you step in, the ambience transports you straight to the grandeur of Jaipur royalty. Intricate glasswork, magnificent jhoomars, and beautifully detailed interiors create a setting that is truly one of a kind. The food complements this regal atmosphere perfectly. From their delicious starters like the lotus stem and sushi to the rich and comforting mains such as dal makhani and malai kofta, every dish feels thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. And the desserts are simply irresistible — the sizzling brownie and the Royal ice cream mix are absolute delights for the palate. What makes the experience even better is that all of this comes at a very optimum price point, making it both indulgent and accessible. And it doesn't stop there. You have live music on Tuesdays and candlelight arrangement on ThursdaysA wonderful place for anyone looking to enjoy great food in a truly royal setting. Strongly recommended. Make sure you have prior booking to avoid the outstanding response of people trying to get in.
