I recently ordered food from Kolhapuri Saaj through Zomato, specifically their Special Chur Chur Naan Thali (North Indian). While the ordering process was straightforward, my overall experience left much to be desired, primarily due to the lack of clarity and information. Lack of Item Descriptions The most surprising and frustrating aspect was that there were no descriptions of the items on their Zomato menu. This made it impossible to know what the thali or other dishes included, how they were prepared, or even the ingredients used. A clear and detailed description is essential, especially when ordering online, to help customers make informed choices. Experience with the Thali When the thali arrived, I was disappointed by the quality and the lack of variety. Here's what I noticed: Chur Chur Naan: The naan was fine, but nothing stood out in terms of flavor or texture. Paneer Gravy: The paneer dish in the thali was underwhelming. The dominant flavor was whole garlic, which overpowered the dish and made it less enjoyable. Unidentifiable Dish: There was a small dish included in the thali, but with no menu description or labeling, I couldn't identify what it was. It lacked flavor and left me confused. Suggestions for Improvement 1. Provide Descriptions: The restaurant must include detailed descriptions of all their dishes on Zomato, especially for thalis. Customers need to know what they're paying for and what to expect. 2. Improve Quality: The paneer gravy needs a balance of flavors, and the other dishes in the thali should complement the overall meal. 3. Transparency: A clear breakdown of what is included in the thali (like number of curries, accompaniments, desserts, etc.) would improve customer trust and satisfaction. Final Thoughts While the concept of a Special Chur Chur Naan Thali sounded promising, the execution and lack of communication about the dishes were disappointing. Worst Experience ever in my life for Non veg, Biryani. Biryani was very very Bad. Total waste of money and Time. Staff is not that Cooperative. Only sitting arrangement looks Ok, rest is worst including price. I Surprised, why people visit such places for dinner . Service: Dine in Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
