Pathetic Services, worst food taste, packaging, irresponsible behaviour !!! Guys, I ordered from this restaurant through IRCTC Food on train app. They delivered the food packed in plastic sack through Zomato delivery boy & when I asked about the spurious packaging, he said as I received from restaurant delivered the same, I asked how I will eat? Shall I open all the food in plastic sack and eat or will you provide the paper plate to eat. No paper plate,no spoon also the items not provided as displayed. Food taste was too bad to eat. When I called restaurant they said they thought it was to deliver in home not train. How irresponsible they could be & who has given them a right to play with health of others? Please do not buy from this restaurant either for delivery in train or takeaway or dine in. Came with family on Thursday Afternoon, very sad atmosphere, we ordered 500Rs special kolhapuri mejwani mutton that was stale, and as per photo not fresh and hard meat, every item is not as per standard and not matching high cost, the solkadi was just red water we could not drink and left - overall bad experience, time and money waste, highly recommend to avoid going here for stale and tasteless food. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
