Writing this review after 3 sundays, because that is how much time it took me to recover from this place. I will write every detail of my experience because I genuinely want the owners to make change, coming from Maharashtra and the dishes they serve here being the most basic ones and how they have ruined it. 1. I was told there is a waiting, which is fine because places like this usually have waiting. I asked her clearly how much waiting, she says 15 mins as 3 tables are going get vacant. I looked inside and that clealry did not look like the case so I said its ok we have come for lunch from work so we need to head back, she said no it wont take longer. We waited for 45 mins ! 2. She wasnt even aware 2 tables were vacant, I looked inside and asked can we sit there. To which a very rude answer came that let me check and tell you where to sit. As if she was irritated of our waiting outside. 3. We waited another 10 mins for her to come and take order, no water offered after an hour of waiting. 4. We were clear on what we wanted to order so we immediately told her what we want. She was panicking because it was OBVIOUS she wasnt able to handle the crowd, she started repeating what I was telling and than for no reason scolded me that please decide and than order. That is when I lost it and gave it back saying that you get your clarity we are crisp clear on our order. 5. Than she tells that order will take time as they prepare FRESH !! 30 MINS !! A mutton serving restaurant that has hardly 3 to 4 varieties and is supposed to be their speciality does not have these dishes ready. We at home make this only once and than keep it on dum and just serve it ( SO DO ALL RESTAURANTS IN THE ENTIRE CITY, THAT DOES NOT MAKE IT LESS FRESH ) because mutton cannot be cooked quickly like chicken or fish 6. After all this waiting, our orders finally arrived. We ordered 2 different types of dishes, full size because we were 4 of us. I have not taken pictures because they were served so poorly that I did not want to waste a click on it. We ate it, the mutton was under cooked, BOTH THE DISHES ! 7. The masala is less and the serving is so so so less, I really wish I had taken pictures to show you the qty for a 550 something rupees dish against my small palm. The solkadi was over, which is also their speciality btw. We had to request them to atleast get water. 8. The entire experience was so shitty, again another wait of 15 mins for bill as the only woman who was waiter, receptionist and everything else at the restaurant was busy in the kitchen. Keep the restaurant closed if your staff is on leave, the lady was running around panicking and we customers paid the price, a rather hefty price for uncooked food and more than a hour of waiting. Heres a tip: Mutton and chicken rassa can be cooked and kept and served, learn from Gavran Misaal owner on how he manages the crowd. Also, fix your attitude... you cannot reflect your stress on the customer. I was so frustrated and hungry, also late so did not create scene there but the food was bad, the raw masala smell just ruined the mood for both the dishes and the qty was really less for such high prices. I had to call my mother to stay in bangalore to cook us mutton vade to forget the memory of that food. Please do not ruin our Marathi food like this, next table a marathi girl had brought her 4 telugu friends to taste this food and I was personally feeling so disappointed that they had to taste something like this. They also had the exact same experience like us from waiting out, to the food and the look on their face after tasting it. We discussed this even outside with those people of how it was mistake coming here and both that girl and me were explaining our friends of how it wasnt even close to to what we make at home. PLEASE DO US MAHARASTRIANS A FAVOUR AND DO THE CHANGES TO YOUR RESTAURANT. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Absolute 5 Star! I have been their customer since they started back in 2020 or before that! You get authentic kolhapur cha rassa and there should be no other opinion about it! Its a go to spot for every sunday for my family. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600

Visited restaurant today, waited for over 15 mins ans another 25 minutes to get food served, disappoined with Quality of food, instead of getting better its going from bad to worst,
