In area like Vasai. Food is Highly overpriced & the quality of food is not good, also don't justify the price.

The taste was not that good. Too much sour taste. Only the aloo bhaji was tasting good. Aloo chips are also good but other than that food was not good. They have a very bad tasting veg Thali. Also I had specifically instructed to put chapatis instead of poori because of the oil they didn't even do that. Too bad customer satisfaction.

Disappointing Experience! We booked through Swiggy, which promised a flat 15% discount on the total bill. However, upon visiting Kokum, the staff informed us that the discount wouldn’t apply to liquor and certain dishes—only to a limited selection from the à la carte menu. This was not mentioned at the time of booking. Swiggy even provided a calculator that showed the discounted amount based on the total bill, creating the impression that the offer applied universally. But Kokum refused to honor this and directed us to read their extensive terms and conditions, which were never communicated upfront. To make matters worse, the staff at Kokum were unprofessional and discourteous throughout the experience. This felt like blatant misrepresentation by both Swiggy and Kokum.
