The food was absolutely garbage. The dish tasted completely bland—like under-seasoned chicken tossed with curry leaves and onions, barely elevated by black pepper. Given the cost, I expected a flavorful, well-crafted meal, not something that felt rushed and lacking effort. Delivering quickly is no excuse for such poor quality. I'm genuinely disappointed and expect better. I wish i could rate you negative for this delivery. You guys are literally robbing people. I strongly advise the management to take this seriously as this could spoil everything.

While Kokkam has made its place in my family's heart over time, what happened today has left a bitter taste. We were done with our dinner and the food had been great as always. While leaving our table we saw a serving staff move the tea spoons used by our table to eat the chutneys into another fresh set of chutneys ready to be served on another table. This is not the level of hygiene that's acceptable under any circumstances. I hope the management takes a thorough look into this and comes up with better standards.
