Konkan Sawad Hotel is good. We went there to have a birthday party. Ten of them ordered both veg and non-veg items. The hotel service is good. Hotel Bhandup is on the ground floor of Neptune Mall. The taste of the meal is reminiscent of Konkan. The food was delicious.

We have been asked to first sit inside the hotel by some waiter, water was served and just when we were giving the order a waiter SUNIL came and asked us to go out. Nobody told us that there is a waiting. Along with us a family of 4 people also went inside too they have been allowed to sit.. and then i have asked for 2 ppl seat the waiter asked us to sit and SUNIL ASKED US TO GO OUT. REDICULOUS BEHAVIOUR.HOW CAN YOU ASK YOUR CUSTOMER TO LEAVE THE HOTEL WHILE TAKING THE ORDER . YOU SHOULD CLOSE YOUR HOTEL. JUST THE FOOD QUALITY IS NOT ENOUGH TO RUN A HOTELYOU BEHAVIOUR MATTERS THE MOST. WE HAVE FACES THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR ISSUE WITH THEN 3 TIMES BEFORE. BUT NOW THIS IS REALLY REDICULOUS HALF OF THE TIME YOU GUYS DONT HAVE THE FOOD THAT IS IN THE MENUE.

OWNER IS LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT THE HOTEL.
