You know first I was going to give you a 1 star for the delay of the food but then I saw that you sent in a complimentary Rasmalai, so that made things even and fair. Still giving you a 4, I expect you guys to be speedy next time. The soup was outstanding

The evening began with a sushi-making session, where Sous-chefs Prasanta and Gopal personally guided my children and me through the art of crafting sushi. Their patience and expertise made the session both educational and immensely enjoyable, setting the perfect tone for the rest of the evening.Following the session, we were presented with a customized sushi platter that showcased a variety of fresh and flavorful selections. Each piece reflected precision, creativity, and balance—the true hallmarks of fine Japanese cuisine.The culinary journey didn’t stop there. We indulged in a spread that included noodles, flavorful gravies, and a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, from mushrooms and tofu to other delicately prepared delights. Every dish was thoughtfully executed and beautifully presented.We ended the meal on a sweet note with three to four delightful desserts, each one offering a unique and satisfying finish to a spectacular meal.The ambiance at Koji exudes refined elegance, and the warm hospitality of the staff elevated the experience even more.
