Dear Kohinoor Restaurant Team, I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent order of Boneless Biryani from your restaurant. Unfortunately, the dish fell short of my expectations in several ways: Incorrect Ingredients I was served chicken breast instead of leg pieces, which is what I expected in a boneless biryani. Small Pieces,The chicken pieces were tiny, which was disappointing. Overcooked Chicken: The chicken tasted like it was boiled in water, rather than cooked in the traditional biryani style. Dish Preparation: The dish resembled chicken fried rice more than the signature Kohinoor Special Chicken Dum Biryani I've come to expect from your restaurant. Raita and salan also not good To make matters worse, I observed some hygiene issues: Unhygienic Conditions: The restaurant's cleanliness was subpar. Non-Functional AC: The air conditioning wasn't working. Poor Plate Hygiene: Plates weren't cleaned properly, and some were broken or cracked. Dirty Hand Wash Area: The hand wash area near the restaurant entrance was particularly unclean, with visible signs of gutkha, pan, and tobacco residue, emitting a strong unpleasant odor.
