Pls search what a carpaccio is. It is definitely not bland cooked slices of meet. Also I am concerned about the packaging. How hygienic are the cardboard packages? Why not place a parchment paper under the food? Those boxes are probably manufactured with a lot of hands touching them and then stored in your space collecting dust till used.
