It's the worst experience I had with any restaurant. I have been a regular customer with them. The service during the night seemed OK until I made the mistake of ordering food during the afternoon. I ordered for paneer chilly with fried rice. As soon as I took the first bite I found the paneer was stale. I called them but no one took the call as the restaurant closed by three. I called in the evening and I told them I didn't throw the food and I need a replacement and I was informed that I had to call back the next day to speak to the manager of the day shift to get the replacement. I called them a while back and explained the situation they firstly said to send them a snap of the food so that they would trust my statement. I said I didn't eat the food and I still have it so they can just take it for proof. But nevertheless I sent them pictures through WhatsApp, then I get a call stating that the photo is not so clear. Dude I don't have a DSLR to take photos of stale food. Somehow the guy agreed to send a replacement but he said he would only send paneer chilly, I explained that I have paneer chilly and fried rice together so as the paneer was stale I could not eat the rice alone and said I have not thrown it away and they can check. The guy got really rude and said that paneer chilly and fried rice is not meant to be eaten together, so they decide what I m supposed to eat and how. I tried explaining but the guy just said you talk to zometo and hung up. His name is Kesan Patel, at least that's what he told me. I could have had food poisoning but instead of apologizing they showed me tantrums. I sincerely hope the restaurant closes down.

Its so nice food in full nyt ! Best food. Paneer Chilli is so tasty and pasta is so delicious! The great thing is that getting late night home delivery ! And 1 good think is the food is hot and fresh.
