Very worst customer service, taking orders after 20 mins of arrival, We called the waiter and waited for more than 15 mins they didn't attend the customers sincerely, they should really work on how to attend the customers, we ordered chicken pops but they gave us extremely spicy chicken pops with lots of peri peri seasoning on it we ordered just a fried chicken pops they gave us a peri peri pops and they justified it with saying all the fried chicken are comes with peri peri seasoning only! They told us to adjust to that! Idk when peri peri fried chicken and normal fried chicken became the same! Extremely disappointed! We genuinely asked for a replacement one! After the discussion from the kitchen they informed us that there's no chicken in the shop so the replacement can't be done!! Literally It's a lie, it's a Sunday afternoon, The pizza and fried chicken shop reporting the customer that the chicken is not available! At that time we suspected that the chicken pops we got previously may be the old stock or stock from past days or not!! Clearly it's not acceptable and poorly handling customer service and mismanagement from the staffs from there!! Worst responding, delivery timing is above 1hrs they taken for us ,not even they considering customers timings, pizza taste is average also Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
