This restaurant serves Chinese and Mughlai cuisines. Food delivery is a big plus of Kitchen365 - Fine Dine. Nicely cooked paneer, chicken fingers and soup are among the dishes to be tried at this place. The friendly staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Pay reasonable prices for eating at this spot. From the guests' point of view, the atmosphere is enjoyable. But this restaurant hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

Over priced, over hyped and really bad service provided. They say fine dine and no one will be there to serve you. Rates are touching sky it's like you are not in Amaravati, you are in Mumbai or any other metro city. Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding a recent experience at your restaurant on 11 May 2025 in relation to a confirmed table booking that was completely mishandled and left unresolved. I had made a reservation for 8 peoples, which was confirmed through your staff member. However, upon arrival, I was informed that there was no record of my booking. This caused significant inconvenience and embarrassment and also argument with another customers. As we had planned our evening around this reservation. What was most troubling was the absence of any sincere apology, accountability, or effort by your staff to offer a solution or make alternative arrangements. This experience was not only unacceptable but also falls short of the minimum standards of service a customer is entitled to under consumer protection law. As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, consumers are guaranteed certain basic rights, including: Right to be informed – about the availability and confirmation of services. Right to be assured of quality and timely service – including fulfillment of reservations made in advance. Right to redressal – when a service is deficient, misleading, or causes inconvenience. By failing to honor a confirmed booking and by not providing a timely or effective resolution, your establishment has arguably breached these rights. Under the Act, service providers are obligated to fulfill their promised commitments and compensate consumers when those commitments are not met. I request that you investigate this matter seriously and provide a formal written response explaining how this situation occurred and what steps will be taken to ensure such failures are not repeated. Furthermore, I would appreciate it if you could clarify what redress you propose to offer in light of the inconvenience and poor treatment we experienced. Should I not receive a satisfactory response , I will consider lodging a formal complaint with the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. I hope to hear from you soon with a resolution. If this issue will kept unresolved from your side I will formally escalate this matter in formal and legal way to competent authority

Kitchen 365 Hotel offers a pleasant dining experience with its good food and nice ambience, making it an enjoyable spot for a meal. Went there with my family to celebrate special occasion. However, the service falls short of expectations. The restaurant seems understaffed, resulting in slow service that can test your patience. To add to the frustration, the staff's attitude is often rude and unwelcoming, indicating a clear need for customer service training. With improvements in service and staff behavior, Kitchen 365 could truly match its promising atmosphere and food quality. Rest everything is good. Thanks.
