We tried dried fish dishes from the one and only place of dry fish in siliguri - kitchen shutki. We ordered it from Zomato. We tried their Loitta Jhal and Shidol Chatni. Both were delicious and didn't have any foul smell of shutki. The preparation was spicy and had a homemade taste that made it more delicious if you want to try dry fish and don't want to deal with the foul smell while cooking it then you must try it from kitchen shutki.
