manager told me that he match up then zamoto discount offer on then refused, pls take things in writing before you use this , food is bland and tea was not good

Location: Right near the metro station, second floor of Hyatt centric. Ambience: The halls are huge. Decor is good too. They do not have live music, only central music. I visited on 1 July, they mostly had guests residing in the hotel. Staff: Cordial, prompt but not trained as per 5 star standards. Buffet menu: Starters:We had cheese balls, paneer tikka, corn chat, chicken wings, amritsari fish and another fish item. Starters are not served at the table, and of course no barbeque. Main Course: Several bread and salad options, including cream cheese, hummus, papdi chat, dahi bhalla, soup. They also have plain rice, fried rice, pulao, kofta, peri peri chicken, laal maas, fish curry, egg plant, potato layonaise etc. Dessert: Black forest cake, fruit cake, langcha, shahi tukda, fruit custard, ice cream, kalakand etc. I definitely recommend cheese balls, dahi bhalla, pulao, lal maas and the anjeer kofta, was the best I have ever had. I will definitely not recommend any of the chicken items. They were all cooked the medium rare way, which was not to my liking. Apart from buffet, they also have regular menu and an array of hard drinks and mocktails to choose from. Buffet pricing: Both veg and non veg are similarly priced , 2300 per person. The washrooms are pristine clean too, which is no surprise given 5 star standards. I had a very good experience, given the food spread and ambience. Despite the other reviews on google, I found my overall experience was good enough and at par with services offered in the other 5 stars eateries in Delhi. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
