During my recent visit to Kinz Restaurant in Pulikkal on June 5th, 2025, I had a rather disappointing experience regarding their billing practices. While dining with friends, we specifically ordered one dish as a half portion, but when the bill arrived, we noticed we had been charged for a full portion. Upon bringing this to the staff's attention, they apologized and corrected the mistake, claiming it was simply an error in their system. What makes this particularly concerning is that the restaurant uses digital tablets for both taking orders and generating bills, which should theoretically minimize such human errors. This raises serious questions about whether these billing discrepancies are truly accidental or part of a more deliberate pattern. While the food quality was average at best, this billing issue has significantly impacted my overall impression of the establishment. I strongly advise future customers to be extremely vigilant when reviewing their bills at this restaurant. Take the time to carefully cross-check each item and portion size against what you actually ordered before making payment. It's unfortunate when such basic operational aspects overshadow the dining experience.
