No water bottles, no tissues, no hair dryer, no ironing press for clothes. Online, it says it's a 4-star hotel, 1-2 star hotels are far better than this. Paid around 9k for the room just for one night, and the service you guys are providing is zero. I booked the room over a week ago. They showed me another room and changed on the spot of check-in this is the service you guys are providing. Worst experience of hotels. I would never suggest anyone else for this. There are many other hotels nearby 2 stars and 3 stars. In review, there should be stars in minus, too. I would have chosen that. Service: 1
