One of my frnd ordered manchale soup for me via online it's really ghatiya koi taste nhi even koi taste bhi nhi kr skta itna bakwas soup I ever had in my life

The food had absolutely no salt and was completely tasteless. When I called swiggy customer care the support connected to the restaurant to report the issue, the staff was like will replace in 20-25 min where I clearly told them to take the food back and that I did not want a replacement since it would take 20–25 minutes. The person on the call rudely said “phek do”. When I asked for his name and position to raise a complaint, he abruptly disconnected the call. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for customers. Food: 1 Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹200–400
