I had ordered two shawarmas from this hotel — one Cheese Shawarma Roll and one Double Cheese Shawarma Roll. However, they only delivered the Cheese Shawarma Roll, and the Double Cheese Shawarma Roll is missing. When I called the restaurant, they blamed the delivery person, even though it wasn’t his fault.As proof, I’m attaching my photos and screenshots. In the photo, you can see the order number 4033, which matches the last four digits of the order number in the application. It clearly shows that I received only one shawarma. This confirms that the delivery person is not at fault.

I ordered for Arabic Chicken and what was delivered was Tandoori chicken which is way more spicy than the Arabic. Kibbeh probably thought that they could pass it off and we would not notice it. Too bad and not acceptable.

Famished & decided to give these " so called Shawarma joints another try"..I'm really miffed.! Ordered for the Black olives shawarma roll with Garlic mayo in a tiny cup & hummus ( cup) another disaster!!.Paid 276 quid for a roll not even worth the price and quantity horrendous..! This was lacking in taste and colossal waste of money..Reckon you need to swing by this joint to " physically see what they are packing & serving you"but seriously when you do order for the 1st time " your experience & expectations are high..! It was delivered pronto but the portion...! Pune does not have quality places esp: Mid eastern cuisine as compared to Mumbai and Bandra...Very dissatisfied and disappointed...! As they say " one's man meat is another man's poison" but it was a disaster.! Praise the lord I ordered only this, imagine what would have happened if it was an huge order as I relish mid eastern cuisine having lived in the Middle East.
