I visited Kiara Soul Kitchen with my family for lunch last Sunday. While the food had its moments, I was disappointed with several aspects of our experience. In a fine dining restaurant, I expect top-notch service and professional behavior from the staff. Unfortunately, at Kiara Soul Kitchen, this was not the case. When we were seated, our table lacked basic utensils like spoons and forks alongside the plates. When we requested utensils, the waiter brought them promptly but placed them directly on the table without any proper setting. Another concern was the use of baby's breath flowers as table decor. These flowers can be toxic if they come into contact with food, as their pollen can drift and potentially contaminate dishes. This was concerning, especially for a restaurant that positions itself as fine dining. Regarding the food, while some dishes like the matar kulcha were tasty, others like the lotus stem bhel seemed stale and not freshly made. The dal and paneer were flavorful, but overall, there has been a noticeable decline in the quality and consistency compared to previous visits. Even the coolers, which were exceptional in the past, did not meet the high standards we expected. In conclusion, while there were positives, the overall experience at Kiara Soul Kitchen fell short of the fine dining standards we anticipated.
