I have been staying near Khursheed Hotel for the past 20 years, but I never tried their biryani until recently. Out of hunger at 1:00 AM, I ordered it, and the experience was very disappointing. The taste was extremely poor, hygiene was completely lacking, and the place was not at all clean. The staff behavior is also very bad – shouting at customers and serving food in a careless way. The seating area is congested, smells unpleasant, and on busy days we have to request and wait 5–10 minutes just for them to clean a table. For the average price they charge, you can easily get much better food and service in other restaurants. I honestly wonder how food inspectors are allowing this. Overall, I would not recommend this place and suggest going to other restaurants for better taste, hygiene, and service.
