Writing this review because its not right of you guys to blame your mistakes on delivery agent who works really hard to survive. I ordered a non veg pasta with grilled broccoli sauce. The first thing to noticed was my order was delayed ans when i checked the App the delivery agent was at your restaurant waiting for the food so i called him up and ask him why is it taking so long he told me that ma’am me to kabka aagya abhi tk khana ready nhi hua hai .. i said koi nhi bhaiya.. when the order arrived what i realised is there was no chicken in the pasta it was veg pasta i requested for support from Zomato however i was not able to upload the pic due to an unexpected error so i called the restaurant instead that this is not what i ordered i have ordered the same dish multiple times and i know this is not what i usually order and where is the chicken in it i need to take protein that why I particularly ordered a dish that completes my protein intake but the person on call said are you sure there is no chicken on it like why would i call you up then?? I said i am sure then he said okay i’ll call you in 5 minutes and then he called me back and said the delivery guy made a mistake he delivered the wrong order to you and he said i’ll call you back in 5 minutes and disconnected the call and when i checked the receipt that was pasted on the top of the outer cover of the order it had my name and the order ID so it clearly explains that the delivery was not in the fault.. instead of owning the mistake you simply blamed the delivery guy and never called us back and i am glad zomato helped us with a coupon for half of the money i paid to be redeemed at the same restaurant. Absolutely love the food! Been recently ordering from here and the food quality is amazing, and tracking macros has never been this easy. Really a hidden gem that serves delicious, macro-friendly meals. The staff is super amiable and really knowledgeable about how macros work. The name says it all "KHURAAK STAY HEALTHY" the cafe provides the quality of food what the title tells us, the taste is also awesome with the freshness of the food in every bite, This cafe is perfect for the fitness freaks really happy to visit this awesome cafe.
