I ordered a meal of 600 rs from Khichdi Khichri via Swiggy at 12:45 pm, and estimated delivery time was 90 minutes. My Swiggy delivery partner arrived at 1:30 pm and was waiting at the location till 2.30pm as per the app. After speaking with Swiggy, they had no other option but to cancel as the delivery partner was told 10 more minutes, the same response given 4 times before. Such a bad and unprofessional response from this restaurant. They should have declined initially if they can't fulfill an order, but that will look poorly in their delivery rate with Swiggy, so I am sharing my experience and review against them here. Their food might be of good quality, just like many other top restaurants in Kolkata, but delivery experience sets them apart as a 1* restaurant.
